[bug?] Adjudicator not firing.

in a test game, the adjudicator just is not firing. I had it in a fleet and thought it was just not displaying the graphics, but I pulled all other forces away and the building they were supposedly attacking (their info card showed it) did not take any damage.

it was actually a game started in beta 2.0 and continued in 2.5, maybe that is the problem. I was suprised it even loaded, but I figure if it were incompatible, it would not even load.

I can provide a savegame if needed.

it's a known bug from beta 2 where adjudicatos won't do anything after you save and reload a game.

no idea if it is fixed in 2.5.

 

we'd have to make a new game with 2.5 to be sure.

I played a game in 2.5, and the bug's still there.  When I saved and reloaded the game, Adjudicators wouldn't fire correctly.

Yeah! There was no mention in the change log that they had fixed it. 2.5 is balance and optimising improvements mainly. I have submited a post on this also and so have others. I'm sure IC must know of this.

I can confirm this as well - after a save and reload the adjudicators don't fire anymore - I wish I knew that before I quit last night!! >:(

There's a quick fix for this. Scuttle ALL your adjudicators then, when they're all destroyed, rebuild them. Not the best, efficient nor cost effective fix, but it's worked each time I've tried it.

Tried this again, failed. Adjudicators still failed to fire even after fully replacing them. This was a game started after 2.5. It worked before the 2.5 update however.
