Game disappeared

I bought Sins entrenchment via impulse a while back and have been playing it happily but then when the latest patch came out it said i needed to renew my registration, when i went to that page i saw i had 2 registrations for entrenchment. i decided i didnt need both and deleted 1 of them. this made both of them delete and then entrenchment wouldnt work. i tried reinstslling it but once it uninstalled there was no option on impulse to reinstall/download, even though i bought it via impulse, and now its gone. How do i get it back? I still have my original copy as it was a physical copy.

You should be able to head back to that page and re-register it I think.

Go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ to get an email for your serial numbers.

tried that and it gave me all but my entrenchment key :(

Make sure you didn't use a different email, such as one for Paypal or such.

You might need to send an email to [email protected] to get your account straightened out.
