Transferring Large Amounts of Resources

Hi all,

I am the economist player (who sometimes build's armadas of Arcovas), I love making money, yet my teammates need money.  So...here I am sitting on half a million of credits or so and they need to get to my teammates.  Rather than develop carpal tunnel by clicking 5,000 times, is there a command or macro that can be done to have this happen?  I play with the same people so inputting a specific name wouldn't be an issue.  But being able to transfer credits in chunks of 25 to 50k would be easier than by 100's.

Hold down shift and it fives more - 250 instead. That 4 clicks instead of 10 for 1000....

I'm guessing that the diplomacy expansion to the game will have a good mechanism to deal with this.

Well you shouldn't really have that much credit/resources amassed. You should be feeding your teamates on a constant basis or investing in your own economy/fleet.

Credits are not doing you much good sitting in your bank.

Problem being I get credits at around 300/sec.  That's three clicks a second, roughly 48,600 Clicks for one of our average 200 planet maps.  I need something more efficient.  I stop for a soda and open it which takes all of ten seconds I'm already 30 clicks behind.  There should be a way to mass transfer!  I'll normally end the game with easily a million plus in the bank.

 

I can't wait to get in and use the shift combo.

Like was said, shift click does 250. There is no greater amount thou.  300/sec is nothing, I get 500 a seocnd on a 200 planet map in about 2 hours hehehehe.

I've done a max sized map of 1072 planets and that brought in a tidy sum.  That's when you start measuring in 10's of millions.
