Just copy off the folder where the game is installed at before installing Entrenchment.
Do note that Impulse will only allow updating of the copy that it is aware of, so if another update comes out for both Entrenchment and Sins it'll take some shuffling and reinstalling to update both. Also, the game settings will reset each time you switch which copy you're playing.
