Replays and movie programs

Note: Search ain't working for me, nor has google come up with anything.

Hey all,

I'm trying to avoid using fraps and other third-party recording programs as they eat up framerates and hd space. I was curious if anyone knew of a converter or a method of opening Sins replays in a program like Vegas or WMV. Vista id's the replay files as .record which ive never seen, or heard of.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can't do this The replay files aren't movies, but basically data for the game engine to re-create the simulation. Every time you watch a replay, it basically just re-plays the game. That's also why you can't rewind, or "seek" a spot like you can a movie
