Need Mod help

I'm a complete Dumb ass when it comes to this stuff, how do you make mods work? I downloaded the 7 Deadly sins mod and I have no clue how to make it work (yes I did get 7zip like it said and Extracted it).

7 deadly sins is ONLY for 1.05 sins. if you have updated past 1.05 then it would minidump on you.

I suggest reading all 109 pages o this thread https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/306277/page/109 and you will then know all available info without playing it

jeremy,fair point, but the install instructrions have been covered several times in the thread, the people working on the mod know it the best, and also have probably solved any problems that might arrise and helped other users by posting the advise and instructions there already
