Sova Carrier missile batteries clarification

one small item that has bugged me in sins is the lack of info for what exactly happens as you upgrade the missile batteries power on the sova carrier. i have seen on a website that it up's all the stats - this is what they had posted for the various levels.

Missile batteries have the following unit stats:
Hull: 750 -> 1000 -> 1250
Shields: 120 -> 140 -> 160
Armor: 3 -> 4 -> 5

Missile Damage: 15 -> 19 -> 25

just wondered if these numbers were true and if the devs could get them into the game so i know what i am buying.

thanks for improving the game for the last year it has only gotten better.

That looks accurate.

The Missile Battery is also subject to the hull/shield/armor/DPS upgrades that frigates recieve through research.

Good question.

In my opinion, Missile Batteries are just about the only reason I build Sova Carriers.

I find strike craft to be ineffective in offense, and if the enemy have just 1 or 2 flak frigates the bombers drop like flies. I only use strike craft based off Hanger Defense Platforms - simply to halt an enemy offensive long enought for a primary fleet to arrive.

Not to mention the Carrier itself...half the weaponry of other Caps...almost nonexistant shielding and hull...poor Ship-to-Ground attack...the list goes on. As I said, missile batteries are the one pro of a Sova.

You forgot embargo, which is a good ability.  If you can pull it off, of course.

He also appears not to understand how fighters and carriers work....

Good point.

Nonetheless, 2 abilities hardly justifies its build or training cost.

Uh, for the most part you do only invest in two abilities prior to level 6 on most caps.  Embargo is worth it on its own, absolutely awesome ability.
