Logistics Capacity?

I am very new to the game, (Just got it today) and can't seem to figure out how to increase my Logistics Capcity?

Any help would be very much appreciated

Click on the planet. In the command card there's a list of menus (including the logistics building menu). On the upper-left hand corner of the command card there's a wireframe planet icon. Click on that and you'll have access to the planet upgrade menu. One of these upgrades increases your logistics capacity.
