Just want to say something about damage mechanics.

SOASE is like Mech Commander.

 

Once a bullet/ability is fired......

 

No matter the target is out of range.....

No matter the target has been get out of the grev well via phase jump.....

 

The damage/effect is already registered and it will follow the target no matter what unless you use invulnerable-kind ability on the target.

In my last game, someone claimed that the egg's nano is glitched because it followed the phase lane and killed his cap. That's not glitch. That's normal.

 

It is same as gauss rifle round follows the Mech like guided missile in Mech Commander.

Yes that is how it works and good for that.  This way the ships do not overdamage a target, they stop fire at exact amount of damage needed to kill the target regardless of travel time.

It should be noted that the nano-bomb also works after they jump away. So maybe he got hit before he jumped and the -30 per second finished him up at the other end....

Yeah the nano is not damage so much as a buff that is applied for duration.  You can stillt ake damage if you jump and arrive at destination in under the expiration time.  You do not take damage while traveling via phase space.

I've noticed that as well. Damage is immediately registered, regardless of what your using, right after it's fired. Useful in some cases, not in others.
