How do I create custom logos?

I tried to create my custom race logo using RaceLogos.tga in Texture folder.

I tried to overwrite my image on one of existing images on that tga file, and when I check in the game it just overwrite my image "on" the original one.

What program should I use to create my custom race logo and how?

i suggest photoshop, u can save files as tga.

I can't really tell you how but i am sure u can learn some of it online, but u really need a person to learn it from to get it totally
