[Minor but funny bug] Graphical glitch zooming in on undiscovered pirate base

The extra "fluff" decals (the burning fires, the rotating skull) are floating around in space when you zoom into a pirate base that hasn't been scouted.

Check out the screenshot That's the back of the rotating skull all the way up top.
