Setting research?

is there a way to set what research can/cant be done or to set it to already be done at the game startup?

 

if not, then GF really needs something like this.

 

well,r eally, imo, we need some sort of trigger system where we can setup events and the like, like on the Warcraft editor and SC's editor, because atm i cant get as much control over my maps as I would like to.

No till now nothing like that can be done.

No way to setup the starting researches for a scenario and no events.

Sorry, but a lot of modders have stumbled about this.

 

Maybe events will come with a future addon. Since it was mentioned that one of the upcoming

expansion will have a story driven campaing. but it is nothing concret it is just a rumor.
