Invalid CD-Key?

Ugh, I haven't been this frusterated with a game since... ever.  For the past couple days or so, I've been completely unable to install Entrenchment.  Here's the story:

Bought it a week or so ago, and installed with no problem.  Was playing for awhile, then ran into some errors and needed to reinstall.  Sins re-installed no problem, but when I try to reinstall Entrenchment, it keeps telling me to register the product.  Well, ok, go to the top left, click product registration, added the serial # with dashes included, and double checked that my email address is valid. 

No dice.  Error message keeps telling me that either my serial code is invalid, or my email address it.  And since my email address has been triple-checked, and it's the same that I have registered all my games with, somethings up with the serial #.

Is it the fact that Entrenchment hasn't been released yet or something?  If that is the problem, how do I go about installing the game?  Or do I just have to wait for release?

Edit: Also wanted to say, that whenever I try to retrieve my serial # for Entrenchment via email, I never get it.  Only the SoaSE one.  Thankfully I wrote it down but...

As far as I know, the Entrenchment is an expansion pack and is bought seperately from SOASE. I do not know whether SOASE and Entrenchment come into one box yet. Did you purchase Entrenchment? Maybe you are trying to install something you haven't paid for?
