SID doesn't match?!?

I am trying to update my sins game, as I just downloaded v1.14 and now when I try to run the game it is telling me:

"The product appears to be validated but the machine SID doesn't match. Try deleting the file C and re-activating."

File C? not my hard drive right?

Remove c:\programdata\ironclad games\sins of a solar empire\license\sig.bin on Vista. Or the corresponding version on XP under Documents & Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ironclad Games.... etc.
