Beta 3 Crash Bug: Stabase Rally command crashes

When you have built a starbase with production. Clicking the Rally command crashes game.

Only crashes if you have the starbase selected and then click the rally.

Got this same problem. Game dumps. Doesn't even close the door >.<

Hope the next update comes with a plumber to clean up this mess.
