Custom Made "Bodybuilding" Theme?

Hi, I'm new here so I hope this is the correct section for this type of question. Anyway...

I was just wondering if it's be possible to design a Windows Theme based around Bodybuilding/Weightlifting? E.g. desktop icons, mouse cursor, taskbar etc. I know this is probably a weird request but if anybody knows of any or can actually design something like this, I would be EXTREMELY grateful!
