Well does anyone have a solution? Impulse still says it's verifying my download and i don't know why. I started the download not on my account but does that matter? How can i fix this guys? I just want to play online.
Same here, uninstalled, reinstalled, removed custom maps, re-registered pruduct key, and still won't go past verifying download screen.
Make sure you are running as admin (esp Vista) and try disabling your virus scanner. I've never had an issue, but this is the common response from ppl like Annatar

Try quitting and reopening it. That worked for me
