beta 3 - another minidump - unknown cause

i was playing vasari vs. 2 hard advent and on other vasari.

the zip file contains the savegame and minidump-file.

everything up to this point went smoothly, played on highest settings with fullAA and loaded with teams unlocked.

after 1 minute into the game it always crashes no matter what i do.

it maybe the other vasari with a marauder and subversion or maybe not, hope you guys find out ;)

Vasari and Advent AI will both cause the game to crash in it's current version.  The Advent Homing Mines and one of the Vasari abilities (name escapes me at the moment) are known problems that cause crashes, so don't use them.

well the game was already running for 3 1/2 hours without any crash and i completely wiped out 1 of the advent AIs.

since then the other advent and vasari constantly kept fighting each other and send some small fleets towards me now and then.

 

after ~2 hours i unlocked teams and they startet attacking me.

still no dump until now.

Similar problem after about same amount of time (5hours 35minutes about). Playing as TEC against 2 Vasari and 1 other TEC.

SINS-E Crashes to dump and then desktop.

Have not figured out what is the cause yet. Have tried different things in the game to see if it is something I'm doing or deploying but nothing seems to match up to the crash.

Have saved mini-dump and last saved game from about 5-10 minutes before crash in case it is wanted for analisys.

Strange i have been playing recent update for like 2 days lol well 2 bits of days because of time i allocate to play which is late at night me bad boy lol, anyways i was playing it last night all fine and dandy, go to load it up its now btw 22:00 lol at night verry well i only wanted to play for like 30 mins and now its saying not properly installed and i have said verrify this, it did small update 115 k or something along that line, is this game error or impulse that is killing the beta anyone else ?

If I am right, you should not verify the current beta version... Don't know why you had troubles before that, though.

By the way: They invented "." to stop a sentence once in a while... :grin:
