"Account name not found" - logging into ironclad

Yes....I created an account

So i purchases SASE today and went to login to ironclad games....I created an account within the game but now whenever I go to login it says "account name not found"...ok. Maybe I spelled it wrong when signing up? How do i retrieve the info and/or change it?

 

I did not recieve an activation emial or anything like that I checked and rechecked my inbox and junk folder.

 

PLEASE HELP!

Your kidding? Is this the year 1994? You mean to tell me there is no where I can go to check my account and make changes without emialing some support person? isnt that a bit overkill?!

 

If I knew it was going to be a timewarp back to the stoneage just to play this game online I would have definitely reconsidered buying it, why cant I just have them RESEND the info to me in a damn emial?! Seriously...this is an Fing hassle and a waste of my time.

lol... and you had time to type this out.

 

yeah... tech support may not be so great elsewhere, but here (generally) they are competent.

All you had to do is send a simple email, stating you had a log in error and they will help you. But if you rather bitch and moan about putting in a simple email. You could of had that done and sent in the time you took to whine about what year it is.
