Map Editor Problem

With the most recent update for SoaSE (not Entrenchment) I have not been able to use the map editor. I'm able to click on everything else under single player, but when i click on the map editor, the game freezes and I have to exit out using the task manager. I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem, and if it was fixed, and if so, how. If it's a problem with just my computer, I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it.

this problem happened with map designer in beta 3.0/1.14.in 1.15/entrenchment 1.0 & 1.01 the cause of the lockup has been fixed

the solution for beta 3 was to remove the galaxy files from the following directories,

C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Galaxy (xp) or

C:\users\"user name"\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Galaxy(vista/windows7).
