Custom Galaxies not appearing in entrenchment

what i have tried:

place galaxy file in install directory(both entrenchment and original) and modified the galaxy.manifest to include it.

place galaxy file in its own mod file and enabled the mod

placed it in the appdata directory

 

The appdata directory was the only way to even make it appear, and it had immediate defeat at the load finish. the others didn't work period.

I have checked other posts and have tried everything i saw. is there anything i missed? are others having this problem? IS THERE A SOLUTION? X( please help!

I'm having the same problem, didn't try anything extra, but custom maps I make and simply place in the Galaxy folder in the install directory do not appear on the list ingame.

the answer is to edit the galaxy.manifest to add the filenames of the custom(galaxy forge) maps and do not forget the number of files counter at the top of the file
