Can't Download Entrenchment

I just bought Entrenchment but it won't download

from Sins Forums

HELP!!! I just bought Entrenchment and it all seemed to be fine, but it isn't downloading! I don't want to have payed for nothing!! Please can there be an answer? I have already got the original Sins, and all the requirements

I'm in the same situation, the purchase receipt states we should get an e-mail with download instructions and the serial required, I haven't received mine and I'd guess the same goes for you. Transaction complete, money taken, but nothing sent in return. Might be a weekend thing, but they gave no indication that we would be charged but not be able to receive the game which is more than a tad annoying.

I managed to get mine at about 1800 GMT, so it was just waiting for hours that did it. I still don't have an email, though...?

There was some issue with the store over saturday night/sunday morning that resulted in some orders not being processed immediately. Everything should be caught up as of sunday afternoon though, so if you are still missing anything please contact [email protected].

Kyro I have to tell you I ran into the same trouble. I gave up playing GC2 because I had had an awful time over the years with Stardock and it's various methods for controlling access to upgrades and mods. This appears to be more of the same. I hope I'm not being unfair but when will you folks get this together?
