I'm having the same issue, also purchased this weekend and nothing has been sent to me.

I shall be checking my bank account to see if I've been charged, I won't be too impressed I've they take money at weekends but don't sent confirmation e-mails - there was no warning of this.

I've e-mailed support just to be safe, but I know they don't respond at weekends so I'll have to live without access to the game I've purchased.

There was an issue last night and orders ended up not getting processed immediately. Everything should be caught back up now though, so if you still haven't got anything, shoot an email to [email protected] about it and they can look into it tomorrow.
