Wormholes

Appologies if this has been answered a thousand times before!

How can I find out where wormholes lead if there are multiple pairs on a map??

You need to research the tech for wormholes or find the artifact that allows you to use wormholes.

Wormholes lead to other stars so fastest way is to sent out a scout. Click on the other star systems wormhole and you will see which one your scout picks to go there.

Um, once you send a ship through, just click on the wormhold and a bright white line will show you which wormhole it leads to.  They can lead to other systems, but they can also stay 'in-system' -- there's no telling until you explore.  (Unless it's a single-system map, of course... but even then, be wary because it's always possible the map maker is playing games you aren't expecting...)

So you need an artifact also? I had researched the tech but I could not get the white line from wormhole to wormhole!

I'm a returning player to the game, and seem to remember the white line appearing in previous games but nothing about an artifact!

Nah you dont need both just one. To get teh white line make you scout go to the center fo the wormhole. There it will jump to the otehr side then you will know were it goes.

I have a question. When building a map with one star system using galaxy forge, how do you get two wormholes to connect to each other in that same star system?

The only way I have been able to do it is via phase lanes, which is not the point. I can't seem to find a way to connct two wormholes through each other.

Any help please??

I think you right click on the lane and it says "connection settings" "connections types" (or something like that) then you change it from phase lane to worm hole
