So, here's my problem. I just found out that I can download Impulse and get Sins to version 1.15. I install Impulse - no problems so far. I wait for it to update, it does. Finally, I go to the "Updates" section, and there's SoaSE. I try downloading the update, and it goes along rather quickly. It gets to 100%, and then says, "Verifying Update". And, to my dismay, it waits there. Unendingly. The update's been downloaded to 100%, but it isn't updated. This is like Schrödinger's update; it hangs in a state of both updated and not updated indefinately. I've tried doing it more than once to no avail. Restarted my computer, no dice. Is there anything more I can do? Will I have to reinstall Sins? What if that doesn't work? Is there anything I can do? Could it be a firewall issue or something to that degree? Magic 8 Ball that is the internet, what should I do?

Oh, and this is just Sins - no Entrenchment. I don't plan on getting that until I can get the money to buy it.

I'll be sending this to tech support as well, I believe. Thanks for any assistance.

EDIT: Problem solved. Had to reinstall, but still.
