There is a Starship Troopers mod going for Star Wars Empire at War, which has plenty of bug 'Ships'. I think it could work fairly well.

that's the thing, i don't know how it would work. it would be cool if there was a way to make it work though

well i can understand it working " a little" in empire at war as it has ground combat aswell as space combat

but the whole thing with starship troopers is the ground combat part so creating ships for them would still not really "create" the starship troopers feel in my personal opinion, since sins has no ground combat aspects in the game, it would just be humans against well, fan created ships created while trying to make logical sense of how th ebugs "suddenly" had starships :p

just my take on it anyway, of course i'm a huge fan of starship troopers, just a shame no official game (at least a GOOD game anyway) has ever been really made

Read the book. It's far better than the film. The Arachnids had an empire of their own, with a fleet of ships.

The book was much better then the films. The first film wasn't TOO bad, but it wasn't as good as the book, and only certain parts were from the book.

Yeah book is much better, especially since the movie didn't have jump-jetting power-armored infantry with portable nuclear missiles.
