Hmm! Reinstall, turn down the graphics I think not, sorry. This is a Quad Phenom 9550 black box edition, with 2 8600gt nvidia sli cards - 256mb each. Runnning on a Vista 64 OS with 4 GB of ram. I really hate, and excuse the me for sounding a tad angry, having to tweak and uninstall and reinstall a game that should otherwise run fine. BTW I did uninstall and reinstall from impulse, nice service btw. Could it be a problem on my system, sure it could, it may also be 12 goblins nesting in my bios. It just strikes me odd that I can run 12 other video and ram intense games with no problem and have this issue. We can throw this about all day, but I am no newbie to gaming, and I was probably programming DOS based video games before most were a twinkle in their parents eyes. The first answer always is IT IS YOUR SYSTEM. I get it from Sony, From Stardock, from many other companies, eloquently put of course, but the same. After about 20 years it gets old. If 1 person is experiencing it, yeah it is probably the system, IF 1000 people have the same problem then...well you can draw your own conclusions. I still hold fast that the quality of games churned out by you is by far the best I have played, and that is not patronizing you, but fact. I can understand that problems will arise when programming, God only knows I have lost quite a bit of sleep and hair stairing at code screaming why won't you work! But please don't just jump in and say it is us when you have several dozen having the same problem. Also solutions should not be having to run your computer in 16 bit color mode cause you can't figure a video problem. I will happily send you my sys info. I will do what you ask, and when it fails realize that it is not the problem and go back to the drawing board. Thank you for your time in this matter.
Btw please excuse any and all grammatical and syntax errors, I'm sick and not all my self. Thanks.
