Crash / Mini dump Space Station rally point

I think it's a Bug,

click on a space station with building dock and try to sent a Rally Point

Game freezes, Mini Dumps. Crashes

if you let ships built come out right by station ( Defualt ) it's fine. but sometimes i forget.
