Basically I am finding in entrenchment that if you attack a group enough they then show up with a broken frame in the diplomacy window. Problem is they are still alive, their homeworld is intact and are a major problem. Because they have a broken panel I cannot pay a bounty for them to be attacked.
Only started since entrenchment, tried with and without mods.
Any suggestions?
