i get that line about 1000 times in the log file and at some point it stops. i suppose it could be due to the 15 mill population cap but if small errors like this can cause crashes or freezing of the dev, its just frekin sad and pointless to use.
EDIT: ya... that seems to have been what was causing it to freeze.
