I am really upset.

This website is extremely confusing.

I payed for the 1st game, and now I have purchased the (Enchrenchment)

and I can not find or get the download link.

Can NOT download my PURCHASED Enchrenchment update.

I have a screen shot of the website saying THANK YOU for your purchase.

I even have a printed reciept of my paypal being charged.

And yet, I can not download my update (enchrenchment)

I am angry, because its making my day really bad.

I downloaded the special software and everything, I did everything correctly.

But then in that special software [impulse], its asking for me to pay for it again.

I am confused. If I already payed for it via Paypal, and go to that special software [impulse],

its saying for me to pay again.

I have an extreme knowledge of computers as I am a IT specialist in a major firm.

So its not my stupidity or lack of knowledge of computers.

This website is far too complicated,

all I want to do is get my purchased Enchrechment,

and get off this runaway train as fast as I can.

Someone at Stardock or the website managers

please give me my game that I have purchased,

you can also, send me the link in my email

that is listed as part of my account at SIN's.
