[bug] Magnetic Cloud disables Vasari "Deploy Starbase" ability

but the ability does not use antimatter!

So either it should be using antimatter, but isnt, or its correctly not using antimatter, and should not be disabled.

Hm, TEC and Advent can deploy starbases there but all abilities (also the hurt-ships-that-jump-away-thingy) are disabled. I guess it's a feature rather than a bug. Every race needs to have some disadvantages. Esp. Vasari who can move there starbases :-P

No, this sounds a lot more like a bug to me.  I'm sure the intention of the developers was not to make it impossible to deploy a Vasari starbase somewhere while allowing TEC and Advent to do it.

Yeah, I thought maybe it affected all races, but I noticed it doesn't, so therefore it it a bug.

This issue will be resolved in the next patch, however the date of release for this patch is still undetermined.
