SYNC PROBLEMS LIKE LAST TIME (sync bug)

well its happened again i logged in at 10:48 and i couldn't log in so same thing as last time.

(Right before i had a game with Raknor that had horrible sync me and him were seeing completly diffrent things to him it looked as if i only had 1 roid when i actually had 5 roids 2 volcanoes and a ice.)

Hey Blair,

During our game that we are playing that we have a sync issue, there seems to be alot of stuttering. We are using a modified SinsPlus mod that adds around 11 new planets.. The studdering/pausing seems to be effecting the interface scrolling ect. I remember in version 1.15 non Entrenchment most of the studdering was just in the unit movement. Is there something that is being overlooked that could be tying the two together that are causing these sync issues?

Also to add to what I wrote.. In single player with the mod and 9 AI players there is no studdering at all! If I load a multi-player save in single player mode the studdering is apparent.
