impulse dus not let me registrer my game

i downloaded entrechment but wene i went to play it seid program stop working reinstall it. so i uninstall it but i went to install it seid i need to registrer sin of a solar empire but wene i writ in the serial number it seid it was invaled.

plz can you help me i no i writ in the serial number is right
