Hi there i been trying to make my onw comstom race in sins when i am not plaing sins online

there have been some problems when i try to add a ship from a nother mod to my onw but every time i try my game crashs

what i usesally do is copy the the ship info from gameinfo and then put it on my mod i also copy the mesh file and its shield mesh along with texuers  then i delete the the info inside the ship info i copyed fro and then i copy a paste the info fro other ships into them and then change the mesh file and the sheild file to mach the ships in its info later i change its string id and its ad the string count to how many strings i add i then put it in to my mod and when i try to enable it the game crashs

i cant remeber how many times i went back to the ship info and try to see what cause the pl put evering i do still in a a big epic crashsigh

 if anyone can help me with this ill be very thankful
