Game will not start

My Sins game will not start at all... I have removed reinstalled multiple times and even downloaded and installed from this website and it still has not worked.

I have tried shutting down norton, running in safe mode, changing resolutions, updating drivers, etc. and cannot get it to work.

Can someone please help? I really would like to be able to play this game that I purchased.

i am having the same problem wont start i push the play button and the screen goes black and nothing have to cntl alt del to get back to nornal windows help please [email protected]
