So you know uncolonized planets get an extractor rate of 0.13/sec right? Well, apparently, your allies planets are total crap, and they suck at extracting resources, because their extractors are showing 0.13/sec after they colonize the world and build extractors. Now, you maybe thinking this is a planet with low allegiance, but you can check any planet, including a HW, and it's still 0.13/sec. Also, if your ally techs up resource extraction, it's still stuck showing 0.13/sec. Now I know this doesn't affect anything really, but it's an optics issue.
