What if?

Now that Entrenchment is out and nicely done guys. Could it be a possiblity to color scheme the Names in ICO. Like blue is vannila Sins. Green is Entrenchment. You get the idea. Something to be able to tell what peeps are running. As to better inform players where a game can be had.

On a side note: I bought Left 4 Dead on steam about 2 months ago. It was my first product from steam. As Sins was from Stardock->Impulse. I think you guys @ IC & Stardock are on the right track to making a better product than steam. You need to get friends lists and voice support thru impulse. I already think impulse is superior minus the 2 things i just listed. The forums here are much simpler to use. IMHO you guys pay much more attention to the commuity as a whole. Thats both IC and Stardock. Its not a rare thing to see the top guys answer questions and give advise here.

To the Gods of the Game: Thank You and keep it up.

Instead of colors it would be more appropriate and mroe clear to use icons depicting each of the micro expansions a player is currently running. Since evryone has Vanila Sins no icon si needed for it. But their will be need of 1 icon per micro expantion since like IC said before you do not need to wont he first micro in order to own the 2nd or the 3rd.

So some players would have all the micros and some only says 1 and 3. So 3 icons would serve well to indicate witch expansion he is running. The icons showup when such micro is active.

I agree with the icon idea.  Kind of like on Blizzard's Battle.net service.

If I recall correctly (it's been awhile), if you were in a channel with someone who was running the same game you'd see the standard game icon (in Starcraft you'd see stars in front of his name depending on the number of victories, in Warcraft you'd see various icons depending on the number of victories, and in Diablo you'd see his personal character with his equipment).  But if someone was running a different game you'd see an icon that would tell you which game he was on.

I much rather would want to join any game I have installed, so when running entrenchment I could see and join vanilla games. The icons could go next to the game type itself.
