1) Install Impulse on the other computer.
2) Right click and select Download and Archive.
3) Transfer the archive (find it quickly by clicking the icon in the upper left corner, hitting restore archive, going up one folder, right clicking on the Backup folder and hitting Explore) to your system.
4) Reset data within Impulse to remove your login information, and uninstall if necessary/desired on the other computer.
Since you have net access at home, the current issue of Impulse needing to be online connect to the internet once first to restore an archive shouldn't be an issue, but in any case they're working on that as well.
