What the? My ships are forgetting orders?

Hi all,

I've been away from Sins for a year. I'm a solo player and just tried a game of me vs. 3 hardest AIs on the Twin Empires map.

Are my eyes serving me right? Are my cap ships "forgetting" to jump out of system, if they get hit with the ability that disables everything?

A Vasari fleet is attacking me, although I can't remember what they have that disables everything. Anyway,

Why are my cap ships forgetting their orders?

because of the disabling abillities. also, when the ships try to jump while grav bombed, they only make one attempt and when they can't jump they drop the order.
