My friend found an injured cat today, outside his house. He called me to help him figure out what to do with it, since he doesnt know much about animals, and wanted to take care of the poor kitty.
I go to his place, to check it out, and things were a lot worse than I thought. The cat had severe head injuries, at least 1 broken leg, multiple minor wounds on its body, and the worst thing, its tail was cut off.
I inspected the cat carefully, and figured that it must have been viciously abused by a human being. This was no work of a dog, or any other animal. Its tail was cut off with almost surgical precision, I would say that the person who did this, even used a scalpel.
Also, it seems like most of its injuries were inflicted several days ago, which leads me to believe that it had strayed on the roads for days, being unable to find food, and being heavily disoriented and out of balance (cats cant even walk straight without their tail). This one couldnt even stand on its feet, so it must have crawled a long way.
How sick can someone be to do such a thing to a poor kitty, and then throw it on the street to die?
