Indeed, but a portion of it is genetically predetermined.
Banned because you can't control your IQ, your looks, your personality, your height, your genetics, all these things are predetermined.

Well, IQ is important, but if a person is at normal or higher levels of IQ, then they dont have anything to complain about that matter.
Looks are debatable. For example I might find a girl beautiful, while you might find her ugly. Plus, its a really shallow way of judging other people.
Same goes for height.
Personality is actually a lot more formed in your early life, than genetically controlled. You form 90% of your personality as you grow, and thats why parents, and the conditions that each child grows up to, are really important.
