I'm not touching the burly archangel thing. Not that I'd definitely refuse to touch an actual burly archangel, or phone repairman. Just don't know who to ban for what when you make me start thinking about it...

Banned because AT&T just fixed our "physically destroyed" modem by parking a van down the street and having a guy with some kind of laptop-in-a-steel-case kneel on the ground and push buttons. I'm not sure whether to applaud them for their reasonably prompt service, or harangue them for obviously not having a clue what they were talking about.
