Banned because I always thought Yakuza (the spider) was a robot. It had very mechanical music. I was always really freaked out by the gold plant boss for some reason, mostly because I have always had a phobia of being eaten by carnivorous plants.

Ok, something is wrong apparently :| A few hours earlier today, I had 68 karma, and now I have 73.

I am not complaining, but can someone confirm this?

Edit: Nevermind, I figured what happened. Remember that you you cant usually see the karma that you received from different forums? Well, apparently they fixed that, because I can see that Ryat has 108 karma, and Scoutdog 95.

Now we can see everyone's full amount of karma properly, without having to log into Stardock main forums.

Thanks Stardock for finally fixing this :thumbsup:

banned for when fixing my karma, they finally deleted double points and so my karma went from 33 to 26.

And I never said I wouldn't let you fire the M1, but you're not in TX and I have no idea if Greece allows gun ownership.

I do have to give Greeks this much, they loved the M1s we gave them. Not only did they send back plenty of old stock (I always look for shipments of em), but they made tons of M2 ball ammo for the beasts. I have 4 spam cans of ammo from Greece and I've never had a misfire or a single corroded round. You guys made good shit in the 60s and 70s. I'll have to take a pic and post it here.

About gun ownership in Greece, yes it is legal, but only by obtaining a Hunter's licence. In other words you have to be registered as a hunter in papers, so you can legally own a gun.

Also, ANY fully automatic weapon is illegal in Greece (regarding civilians of course).

Keep in mind that Greece was still recovering from WWII back in the 60s, and we didnt exactly have the "best" economy, if you know what I mean.

Btw do you know that the military (Greece of course) still uses the old G3-A3 and G3-A4 automatic rifles?

We also use the HK11 for heavy support fire.

banned for some of us don't fire often enough or have time otherwise to bother reloading. Not that it's hard if I chose to. I do give my brass to others that reload for free. Reuse!

Okay, back to Morph. I'm not that worried about the karma fix. It makes more sense this way.

I actually let people fire my weapon from time to time because I feel the M1 is a great piece of Americana and think that anyone who wants to appreciate the country a little more should have the experience.

Fully automatic weapons are legal here ONLY IF you get a class 3 license. Too much trouble for me right now. I do wonder though if the Greek rule about hunting licenses puts a limit on magazine loads. For example, you can not hunt in the US with a weapon carrying more than 5 rounds at a time, so we have modified en blocs for that purpose.

Many countries (Britain, Italy, etc.) held on to the M1 for sake of savings. Not a bad choice either. Italy even made a magazine fed M1.

Did not know that about the Greek military, but if it works (which is up to the men) then why change it? I personally do not support the use of M4s in the US military. The M16 and on, I feel, has not been a good move in the US military. It is, of course, not because of the weaponry alone.

It works just fine. The G3 is still an amazing piece of equipment. Very reliable, with long range capabilities, and 3 modes available: Fully automatic, 3-round bursts, and Semi automatic.

I really think that the M-16 is a great weapon. Very easy to use, good rate of fire, and accurate as well.

Its successor, the M4 is even better, obviously.

Although thats all I know from the video games, ha ha |-) Never even seen one (M16 or M4) up close.
