If you could only play 3 games this year, what would they be?

  1. Demigod - Just because it's awesome, and the MP rocks.  It really needs no other explanation.
  2. Ghostbusters - This is one of my all-time favorite movies, so the chance to play as a Ghostbuster cannot be passed up.
  3. Battlefield 1943 - I'm a big Battleifled fan, and BF 1942 is one of my favorites, so this arcade style game looks appealing.

If I could only play three games the whole year, I'd have to go with;

 

1. Sins (With entrenchment and any other expansions)

2. Disgaea DS (Since I'll probably be playing it on my deathbed...)

3. Civilization IV

 

It's a hard pick between Civ IV and GalCiv II.... :|

then prolly Red Alert 3 cause the coop mode is pretty dang cool

Then...then...then...hmm.  I dunno yet.  I haven't played Sins yet so I'm obviously on the fence there.  I'll have Assault on Dark Athena in a few days...Sims 3 is out this year which should be cool...

Ahh hell, lets stick with LOTRO for #3 since I have a lifetime account.

Hmm interesting question. i would have to pick some multiplayer games with lots of replay value.

 

Halo 3: odst (my action game with high replay)

Demigod (it can go from action rpg, to semi rts with generals. new maps and characters im assuming add to replay)

City Of hero (and gotta throw in a MMO to eat up all my extra time =] )

I'd put Demigod on here, but I don't know what sort of improvements we're getting a month from now, 3 months from now, 6 months from now.  Right now it's nice but I'd rather have the indie Killing Floor than it..

In no particular order:

 

1. Oblivion with FCOM

2. Europa Universalis 3 Complete with Magna Mundi

3. Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots

 

Elemental may well supplant one of these, and Gal Civ 2 would be fourth. Demigod... I'll have to wait for a demo to know whether it has a place here. Sins... well there's just not much single player replayability there, I'm afraid. I'm assuming most folks that have this on their list are playing it MP?

3. Europa Universalis III: In Nomine (v3.1)

 

GalCiv II: TA gets most of my attention, when I find the free time to play anything that is. I have the longest running track record with that particular game and seem to know it best among the rest.

Resident Evil 5 -I liked 3 and 4.

Starcraft 2 -I really liked the first one, hope this is worth the wait.

Sins expansion, Mass Effect 2, or Diablo 3.  Whichever makes it in this year.

2. GalCiv2: Dark Avatar. This got me intrested in games again. No joke. 

3. Supreme Leader 2020. One of the best strategy games I've ever played. Invading Claifornia as Nevada is a total riot. (Where's your "Governator" now?!?)

I know I`m going off topic here, I`m curious though.  Is Society still in development?  Haven`t seen anything about it in awhile.
