Duglis: I'm going to have to look into that.
Obsidian: Did you upgrade to 1.04 yet?
TheoLeo: Because EVIL WinDVD took over that codec.
Run this: http://www.stardock.com/files/ms_mp3codec.exe
Download the rad video tools from here: http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm
If neither of those fix the problem, you may have to uninstall WinDVD.
EtherMage: The governor screen will be fixed in 1.05. Just added mousewheel support for the GNN.
DonFESQ: can you please e-mail your save game to me at [email protected]? I'll need both the .sav file and the corresponding folder.
Scannter28: can you please send your save game to me?
Norty: if you have a save game that illustrates this, please send it to me.
For those of you who are getting crashes, please install SmartException from Stardock Central, under the Free Stuff tab and send the reports that it generates to me.
Pyrkaige: Please e-mail the save game to me.
T1Pimp: try installing the bink tools.
Jack: bonus points from a starbase?
Zoshan: There was a bug in 1.04.059 where events.civ0 in saved games wasn't restoring a variable correctly for purchased social projects. If you delete the file, it should fix the problem. I'm not sure if the fix got into 1.04a.062
Steveatos: send me the save game.
Captain Space: send me the game.
Dave0: that's an unrelated error and it shouldn't be causing the crash. Do you have a SmartException report?
Fireman, have you installed any new mods recently?
Either way, please send me your debug.err.
