Well i just finished playing and origanal game of Sins and i get my ass kicked and i decide to go and buy entrechment off impulse, i get my father to pay wiht his paypal account , and then it says impulse must be updated before entrechment can be installed, so impulse tells me to exit the application and restart it so it can update i do that, and when the update finishes i dont see my entrechment at alll! it doesnt say any where "would you like to install entrechment" i just got ripped i would love to not pay again adn find a way to fix this bullshit

The registration goes to the email addy used to purchase. Since your father's Paypal addy is probably different than the one Sins is registered under, you can't see it.

Send an email to [email protected] so they can merge the two emails.

What e-mail did you use in your Impulse account? What e-mail is used in the Paypal account?

If the Paypal email is different, Entrenchment went to that one so you logging on Impulse won't see it because it's on a different account.

You need to send support an email with your Impulse account, the Paypal email, and probably the order number from the receipt that was mailed, and then they'll combine them so you'll have the Entrenchment registration on your Impulse account.

Since your Impulse account's email address is different from your dad's email adress that he used on the Paypal account, Impulse thinks that you bought Entrenchment for the account with your dad's address.

any way i can fix this? i just emailed stardock support, so is there any way i can merge both emails ? with out the help of stardock,

No, only they can do it. One thing you can try is going to the Community tab in Impulse and Chat, then select #stardock from the dropdown to get you into the main IRC channel. There might be someone there from SD with some time to help you.
