I'm trying out the demo and found that the Sensor probes research has 2 levels....if the first on gives the ablility, what would the 2nd level of research do? or is this a bug in the demo?

yeah seems a little funny that some abilities lack specifics-like anti-matter multicasting
Some of the research tooltips are very vague. Some use nothing but text to describe thier effects which isn't helpful at all.
