Considering getting Demigod. Just wondering if any Sins players I know form multiplayer have it too. ( or had the beta)
I have it; played about a dozen games so far, but only able to get 2 going on online MP. Lan works flawlessly for us (and we only needed one copy of the game). Like Sins, there is no campain. Unlike Sins, there are no game replays 
. I hear online is geting better, perhaps so, since it only took me 30 mins to get into my last game, but 30 mins IS a pretty long time when a game can last 30 mins.
The core game itself gets a 9 from me; but there's not much else in the game "but" the core game. But you know SD, hopefully they'll give it lots of love till it's got some extra bells and whistles; too bad the reviewers most likely won't ever see it.
The online multiplayer right now is pretty much broken. It doesn't stop me from spending an hour gettin a 30 minute match, as it satisfies my previous sins addiction just the same...In the end it feels like sins because sins is so slow for so much of the time, and there's only about 30 minutes of fun for every hour of work.
The online multiplayer has the potential to be even funner than sins, albeit less deep...we'll see what happens if they were get it to work acceptably.
Thnx for the insight. I'm on the fence on this one and I will remain here. I may get it later, but right now Im too ehavy into Sins still.
