I like playing this game and my frends would like to by the game also.

now my problem is that we like to make or own mods.

cane somebody tel me what I need to make my own mods.

a litle bit explenation whouldn't be handy

The forge tools and the developer exe, both are out of date

forgetools and a text editor is all that is required for modding the text based stuff.

you will need a 3d modeling application to make your own custom ship models and photoshop for textures
